    _FIRSTSERVICE RESIDENTIAL IS LOOKING TO HIRE A COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR FOR OUR BEAUTIFUL HOA COMMUNITY IN GILBERT, THE ISLANDS. _

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The preferred candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work independently. A Compliance Coordinator is responsible for regularly touring the neighborhoods (weekly or bi-weekly) street-by-street, to inspect, document, and photograph all issues or violations within the community (including but not limited to individual premises and all common areas).

    This is not a remote position.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Practice and adhere to FirstService Residential Global Service Standards, safety protocols, and procedures.

    • Inspect and document exterior modification projects throughout the residential community for conformity with prior written approvals.

    • Filing as necessary.

    • May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.

    • Requires excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to clearly, tactfully and professionally explain Community standards.

    • Monitor the community to maintain compliance with the community guidelines.

    • Light office duties and use of small office equipment will be required from time to time.

    • Other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & PROFICIENCIES:

    To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

    • Always conduct business with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct. Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with residents is crucial.

    • Return phone calls and emails with 24 hours addressing any concerns or questions regarding compliance letter(s) received.

    • Proficient in use of Outlook, Word and Basic Excel.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

    • Ability to survey properties on foot as needed.

    • Work outside year-round.
