    BODY20 offers personal training with FDA-cleared Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology. One 20 minute workout is equivalent to hours in the gym. You can build muscle and burn calories, all without need for heavy weights and impact on the joints.

    BODY20 Potomac Falls in Sterling Virginia is looking for Fitness Coaches who are passionate about helping members improve their fitness to live the life they want. Coaches are enthusiastic and energetic to deliver a great member experience while detailed and diligent to follow safety and operating protocols.

    We have opportunities for both experienced coaches with previous personal training experience and certifications, and new coaches with no previous fitness experience. The main requirement is a friendly disposition and passion to help members improve their fitness!

    Responsibilities

    Help members and prospects suit up in our EMS wearables, and guide them through personal training sessions. During the workout, provide encouragement and positive energy, solicit member feedback and adjust EMS device settings as appropriate, and monitor / educate members on correct exercise form

    Administer InBody (Bioelectric Impendence Analysis scale) evaluations

    Provide a high level of personalized attention to members, adjusting workouts accounting for injuries and goals

    Document notes on workout progress and member observations to ensure a personalized and consistent experience

    Prepare member progress reports and deliver progress reports and recommendations

    Prepare for member appointments by preparing EMS suits and equipment

    Clean and maintain the studio and equipment

    Generate referrals by providing world class service and asking the members to bring their friends

    Obtain and maintain the required EMS certification - all training provided to you - no out of pocket cost for the EMS certification. The certification is a national EMS certification and may be accepted as continuing education credits for some national fitness certification organizations, making it much easier to maintain your certification there

    May be called upon to assist with some sales and other activities if the training schedule is not fully booked

    Essential Physical Requirements -- Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching, as well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs in the course of normal studio operations and/or demonstrate the workouts to members

    Desired Candidate Attributes

    Base pay will vary based on previous and relevant fitness / personal training experience

    No previous fitness experience is required for our entry level coach roles

    Please let us know if you have a nationally recognized Personal Training certification and/or CPR/AED certification

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    A passion for fitness

    Personal integrity, detail-oriented, organized, reliable and prompt

    Willing and able to work some weekends and (non-major) holidays depending on member appointment schedules
