Qualifications: • Demonstrated expertise in strength-based training, functional movement, and leading engaging group fitness classes. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and establish meaningful connections with clients across all ages and fitness levels. • Proficiency in creating customized training programs and modifying exercises to accommodate diverse goals, abilities, and limitations. • Solid knowledge of nutrition principles, with the ability to provide foundational guidance that complements clients’ fitness objectives. • Previous experience in a fitness studio, gym, or similar environment is highly desirable. • A bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related discipline is a strong advantage. Compensation: $40,000 - $75,000 per year DOE + signing bonus
