    Why Join Us? We are excited to expand our services to include Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) due to increasing client demand. We are seeking an experienced therapist to build and lead our SLP practice. This part-time position offers the opportunity to transition to full-time status once an established caseload is developed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages

    Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' specific needs

    Conduct therapy sessions to enhance speech and language skills, including articulation, fluency, voice, and comprehension

    Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care

    Monitor and document patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans

    Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies for ongoing improvement

    What We’re Looking For:

    Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

    Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology

    2+ years of experience working with pediatric patients is highly preferred

    Strong patient assessment skills for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders

    Proficiency in delivering speech therapy interventions in an outpatient clinical setting

    Ability to manage caseloads effectively and prioritize patient needs

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with team members
