Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage studio-wide and external promotion campaigns • Build the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and exceptional customer service to maintain long-term customers • Assist at our front desk by greeting everyone that comes in, answering phones, and talking to members • Resolve member concerns professionally and respectfully to address them through excellent customer service • Generate leads by various methods including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email, and talking with prospects at local events and studio walk-ins Qualifications: • Good organization and time management skills • Previous customer service experience required for this position • Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) are needed • Preferred candidates will have 1 or more years of experience in sales or a similar related role • High school diploma, GED or equivalent Compensation: $15.50 - $16.50 hourly
