    Job Summary The Wellness Advisor plays a pivotal role in driving membership sales and retaining our valued members. You will provide exceptional customer service while helping both new and returning students select classes, answer membership questions, and manage retail transactions. Your enthusiasm for meeting new people and fostering a sense of community will help build a vibrant YogaSix environment. In addition, the Wellness Advisor assists in maintaining studio cleanliness and works with the General Manager to achieve sales targets.

    Job Requirements

    Proven ability to achieve sales goals with a results-driven mindset

    Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone

    Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

    Proficiency in using the Club Ready software system (training provided)

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

    Basic computer skills

    Flexible to travel for community events, special occasions, and training

    Part-time availability with the ability to work flexible hours

    Job Responsibilities

    Lead the full sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales

    Meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by the General Manager

    Conduct studio tours for prospective members, building strong rapport and converting leads into memberships

    Stay informed about all YogaSix products, programs, and pricing to provide accurate information to clients

    Actively participate in local grassroots and community events to promote the studio

    Assist in keeping the studio environment clean, safe, and welcoming for all members

    Continuously work on developing and improving your selling skills

    Other duties as assigned

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to sit or stand for up to four hours

    Capable of reaching, bending, lifting (up to 30 pounds), kneeling, and stair climbing

    Must have the ability to effectively hear in person and over the phone

    Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED

    Prior customer service or sales experience preferred

    Proficiency in MS Office and other common computer software

    Positive and motivating interpersonal communication skills

    Strong organizational and time management skills
