Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Encouraging members to take advantage of our diverse fitness offerings and inspiring team members to do the same.
Building and leading a high-performing membership team aligned with company initiatives.
Ensuring project and department milestones are met within approved budgets.
Enforcing club rules and policies while promoting proper procedures.
Providing feedback to the General Manager on performance gaps and making hiring recommendations.
Managing personal training sales generation and monitoring key metrics.
Training staff to generate leads and new business.
Conducting regular meetings with direct reports to review performance and offer guidance.
Serving as manager-on-duty as needed to resolve member concerns.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Proficiency in personal training techniques and sales.
Strong business judgment and analytical skills.
Effective leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Current CPR Certification and National Certification as a Personal Trainer.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maintain a professional demeanor.
5-10 years of multi-unit management experience in sales-driven environments.
Proven track record of translating strategy into actionable initiatives that drive results.
Willingness to travel between club locations.
Fitness Certification from a recognized authority.
Preferred BA or BS degree, particularly in a sales-related field.
