We are looking for an energetic Fitness Shift Leader to steer our team, amp up our sales game, and keep the good energy rolling.

What You’ll Do

Step up as the heartbeat of our daily operations, making sure everything is running smoothly during your shift from top-notch service to a clean facility. Here’s your playbook:

Lead the Pack: Rally front desk teammates, set the bar high for service, and show ‘em how it’s done—selling, engaging members, and keeping it clean.

Membership: Guide tours, seal membership deals, and push the team to exceed sales goals.

CRM: Dive into our CRM to track leads and nudge prospects.

Service: Wow every member and guest with customer care, tackling any issues on the spot.

Cleanliness: Regular walkthroughs, keep equipment sharp, and team up to maintain a pristine space—locker rooms, and workout zones.

Operations: Close the gym, handle cash, and prep the next shift like a pro—collaborate with the GM on schedules, managerial duties and ideas to level up.

Your KPIs

Team wins: Booking appointments, getting shows, and closing memberships.

Gym vibe: Spotless space and happy members during your watch.

Compensation

$3,000.00 monthly base salary + commissions ($500-$1,500)
