Position Summary:
Grow with us! We are looking for an outgoing, very friendly, yet responsible person for our membership sales team. You will be responsible for the performance and success of the studio. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day lead generation, tracking, and membership sales that are dedicated to promoting the SPENGA brand.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Strong management, leadership, and organizational abilities
Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients
Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-end goods & services preferred
Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy

Job Requirements:
3+ years of proven work experience in sales (experience in the fitness industry or health/wellness is a plus).
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to quickly build rapport with both members and prospects.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations
Manage all sales aspects of the business including
lead generation
grass roots marketing
establishing business to business relationships
lead tracking
Be a positive representation of SPENGA
Retain and increase client participation
Submit accurate and timely reports
Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
Flexibility in hours is required- Few Morning hours and Few hours in the afternoon on certain days during the week
