    SPENGA is looking for an energetic General Manager to lead our team in the Western Suburbs of Chicago! These studios were the very first SPENGA's to open (there are now 50+ studios across the country). We continue to bring the Best. WERKOUT. Ever. to the Western Suburbs through our unique combination of spin, strength, and yoga. Twenty minutes of each = the most effective and efficient 60-minute workout!

    General Manager Position Summary: The manager is responsible for the performance and success of the studio. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day operations of the SPENGA studio, driving membership sales, staff development, member experience, and promoting the SPENGA brand.

    Qualifications:

    Strong management and leadership abilities

    Ability to create a successful, positive environment for staff and members

    Previous sales experience, fitness industry or high-end goods & services preferred

    Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy

    Responsibilities:

    Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations

    Manage all operational aspects of the business including but not limited to: staff development and scheduling, driving membership sales, delivering positive member experience, general administrative duties

    Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA

    Drive studio revenue

    Retain and increase member participation

    Submit accurate and timely reports

    Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships

    As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
