About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Studio Sales Associate to join our team at Hooked Kickboxing in Fresh Meadows, NY. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in promoting our fitness studio and driving membership sales.

Responsibilities:

Perform membership consultations with first-time guests, actively listening to their fitness goals to recommend the most suitable membership options that align with their needs

Provide excellent customer service and assist with membership inquiries and sign-ups

Follow up with leads and inquiries through phone calls, Instagram and, emails

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment

Maintain strong relationships with current members, providing an exceptional member experience

Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Requirements:

Previous sales or customer service experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for fitness and healthy living

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Knowledge of kickboxing or martial arts is a huge plus
