As a Fixed Route CDL Driver, you'll operate modern buses, follow efficient routes, and provide a safe, professional, and exceptional experience for passengers. You'll conduct thorough vehicle inspections, ensure passenger safety, and deliver top-notch customer service throughout each journey. If you have a valid CDL with a Passenger Endorsement and are committed to safety and customer service, we’d love to have you on the zTrip team.

    Key Responsibilities of a Fixed Route Driver:

    • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each shift to ensure safety and performance, reporting any issues promptly to maintain the bus in optimal condition.
    • Safely transport passengers, ensuring a smooth, timely, and efficient ride while following all safety protocols.
    • Provide a friendly, professional, and courteous experience for all passengers, ensuring satisfaction throughout the journey.
    • Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures to safeguard the well-being of all passengers.
    • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all passenger interactions, ensuring excellent customer service.

    Qualifications of a Fixed Route Driver:

    • Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement
    • Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to follow set routes and adapt to different schedules as needed
    • Previous shuttle or passenger transport experience is a plus but not required
