Fixed Route Driver (CDL Required) – Full-Time
Location: Vehicle Pick-Up/Drop-Off at 901 N. Cameron Street, Harrisburg, PA
Starting Pay: $27.75/hour (increases to $29.29/hour after 90-day probation)

About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated Fixed Route Drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation along scheduled routes. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring passengers have access to essential services, work, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate vehicles along scheduled routes and provide courteous service to passengers.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Assist passengers with mobility devices, such as wheelchairs.
• Manage fare transactions and maintain accurate trip records.
• Communicate with dispatch via radio systems and adhere to safety protocols.
• Respond to emergencies as needed and follow all operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• CDL Requirements:
  • CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement (P) and Air Brake Restriction Lifted (no "L," "Z," or "N" restrictions).
  • Applicants without these qualifications are encouraged to explore Non-CDL Driver opportunities.
• Availability: Flexible schedule required, with shifts between Monday-Saturday, 3:00 AM – 11:30 PM, based on service needs.
