Spotless was founded in 2020 by Access Holdings, a Baltimore based private equity firm with over $1.3 billion of AUM. Through its operating platforms, Spotless has scaled quickly and is on track to have more than 75 locations across five MSAs by the end of 2021. Spotless partnered with Flagship Car Wash (Flagship) in August 2021. Flagship is the leading car wash operator in the greater Washington DC metropolitan area. Flagship offers express, full serve and self-serve car wash services, and is executing on an aggressive growth plan, comprised of both M&A and greenfield site development, that will bring its total network to over 20 locations by year-end 2021 and will reach 50+ locations within the next 2-3 years.

    JOB OVERVIEW:

    Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • · Assist in compensation and benefit plans administration; Support HR Director during Open Enrollment
    • · Execute employee onboarding on a daily basis and during acquisition processes.
    • · Help organize training & development initiatives
    • · Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
    • · Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
    • · Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
    • · Undertake tasks around performance management, including organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
    • · Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
    • · Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
    • Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
    • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
    • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
    • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
    • Support payroll as needed
    • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
    • Monitor the general HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries
    • Other duties as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • · Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field
    • · 2-3 years related HR Experience
    • · Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
    • · Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
    • · Paycom experience a plus
    • · Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
    • · Bilingual in Spanish a plus
