    OVERVIEW

    Flare (formerly Themis Tech) is looking for an Account Executive focused on B2C sales efforts for the company. In this role you will proactively manage the sales cycle of qualified leads using Salesforce. Through excellent written and verbal communication you will sell the value of Legal Care to potential clients and get them to choose us as their law-firm. Serving as the final touchpoint to win new clients places this team at the center of our growth efforts. You will be responsible for winning new clients after their initial evaluation, ensure they are set up with the legal care services, and set the tone for a successful journey with us. The Ideal candidate is a dynamic self-starter who is proactively looking to help improve our process while closing deals.

    COMPENSATION:

    $65,000 BASE + COMMISSION (OTE ~$80-100,000)

    THIS INSIDE SALES POSITION IS BASED OUT OF OUR OFFICE IN SCOTTSDALE, AZ.

     

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Manage and push leads through our sales process by objection handling, selling the value of our product, and setting firm follow-ups to get final answers
    • Clearly articulate the Marble value proposition 
    • Build cross-functional relationships with our legal care team and operations in order to convert deals
    • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
    • Ability to negotiate strategically to win the deal
    • Develop expertise in relevant concepts of legal care to provide optimal results for the company and client
    • Responsible for hitting sales quota benchmarks and KPIs

     

     

    WHO YOU ARE

    • 2+ years of experience working in technology sales.
    • Highly self-motivated and thrives while working from home while staying connected to the team using tools like Slack
    • Thrives in an environment of uncertainty where the process is often changing as we optimize  
    • Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce 
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
    • Familiarity with Google Sheets and other Google online productivity tools (G-Suite).
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
