    PAY: $25.00 per hour plus benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, 401K), and 2 weeks vacation time.

    HOURS: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Full Time, Monday thru Friday. Overtime might be needed on occasion, not often, like leading up to big holidays, so hope you can be available like that.

    SKILLS:

    • Heavy Data Entry: 10-Key proficient and Typing accuracy very important.
    • Pleasant phone voice and email communication.
    • Able to prioritize through lots of emails and order entry.
    • Eye for detail: proofread, proof images and avoid mistakes.
    • Organized, good follow-up and will not drop tasks.
    • Able to re-prioritize as needs change, can go with the flow.

    DUTIES:

    • Heavy Order Entry: up to 30 or more orders in one day.
    • Set up order accurately and send to production department.
    • Prepare order artwork for production department.
    • Respond to emails from customers, give them prompt answers and solve any problems.
    • Quotes for smaller orders (other reps here deal with bulk).
    • 5-star customer service – only the best!
    • Take payments from customers over the phone.
    • Arrange shipping for orders.
    • Handle freight quotes and freight set up.
    • Additional responsibilities will be given during downtime and slow seasons, such as order corrections, customer service, artwork projects, etc.
    • If you have Photoshop or Illustrator experience, even basic, please tell us! Could come in handy here, though not a requirement.
