    Hi there! This is an in-office position near the Burbank Airport. We are a pleasant office/warehouse combo right off the 5 freeway.

    PAY : $22.00 per hour plus benefits, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K and 2 weeks vacation time. We're a great company to stay with and grow with – could be a "forever home" for the right candidate.

    HOURS : Full time 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with 30 minute lunch break.

    TASK LIST :

    – Impeccable customer service + 3rd party E-commerce. – Amazon/Walmart product returns and refunds. – Amazon/Walmart order processing in our own system. – Amazon feedback, opened cases for removal. – FBA shipments. – Check Seller Central to ensure orders are coming in. – Ship orders that come in at the last minute, on PRIME, so we don’t get deactivated. Sometimes they come in after 2:30. – Check Amazon/Walmart and other 3rd party cart for any pending. – Troubleshoot problem imports, post tracking, reprint labels etc, on Seller Central. – Keep an eye on Seller Central to see MUST SHIP items daily. Run reports to double check everything shipped. – Assist others in the Amazon account with optimizations, adding products, advertising, whatever’s needed. – Upload new products to Walmart during downtime. – Move swiftly through customer service emails – good decision maker. – Know how to ask for help. – Good at problem solving and trouble shooting. – Assist with phones and other tasks to fill the time. – Good at handling different tasks on different days, and cover co-workers when they’re out…can go with the flow!
