Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative/support role.
- Must be able to perform physical activities required of this position, which includes, but is not limited to, climbing, lifting, balancing, stooping, and handling of materials.
- Must be able to perform the job at locations in and outside the work environment with varying weather conditions.
- Fluency in English & Spanish (both written & verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong computer skills.
- Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license and must have a clean driving record.
Desired Characteristics:
- Candidates with a valid Florida CDL driver’s license (Type A or B) and clean driving record are preferred.
- Exceptional communication, time management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Self-starter who exhibits ownership on assigned tasks and who will push for solutions that solve immediate problems while building towards long-term goals.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with all levels within the organization.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and manage expectations.
- Ability to effectively be flexible in approach and respond well to pressure.
- Ability to lead and direct others, promote a positive work environment, and problem solve problems.
- Process-oriented, good at identifying and implementing best practices.
- Change agent; creative and adaptable when facing challenges.
