We are looking to bring on a full-time Inventory Specialist to join our team at Pacific Aire, to maintain the positive, can-do culture that will go above and beyond the expectations of our customers and to maintain our solid reputation in the community.
The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for overseeing inventory control within our residential service company. This role involves managing stock levels, ensuring the timely procurement of materials and supplies, and maintaining accurate records, Maintain and track company vehicles to ensure they are in safe working condition and ready for use at all times. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of inventory management principles. The ideal candidate should be able to drive a company vehicle and handle emergency deliveries when necessary. Experience in fleet management and inventory control is essential, along with proficiency in computer systems, including CRM software. The ability to effectively engage with technicians, installers, and vendors is also important, as is a safety-conscious mindset and a focus on maintaining operational efficiency.
