    Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Recruiter:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that drive growth and retention within the company.
    • Set clear, actionable recruitment targets and consistently meet goals.
    • Create and execute innovative campaigns to attract top-tier driver candidates.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to candidate inquiries.
    • Organize and lead informational sessions and orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs).
    • Guide candidates smoothly through the application process, from contract signing to vehicle assignment.
    • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure effective follow-up with all candidates.
    • Keep accurate reports to monitor and evaluate recruitment progress.
    • Assist the Retention Manager with additional support as required.
    • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with drivers and foster a positive, high-morale work environment.
    • Promote excellent customer service and high performance throughout the organization.
    • Take on additional management responsibilities as needed.

    Qualifications of a Fleet Recruiter:

    • Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service is a plus.
    • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong "can-do" mentality.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and reliability.
