Responsibilities of a Fleet Routing Coordinator:

• Ensure passengers are picked up on time and routed efficiently
• Manage and organize driver routes and schedules
• Address customer inquiries and resolve transportation-related issues or complaints
• Assist drivers with navigation, route adjustments, and optimization
• Answer inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times

Qualifications of a Fleet Routing Coordinator:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, or customer service roles preferred
