Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Technician:

• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and more.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and engine issues.
• Inspect vehicles for safety, performance, and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Respond quickly to urgent repair needs to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Assist in managing spare parts inventory and ordering supplies when needed.

Qualifications of a Fleet Technician:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a mechanic, with expertise in both light and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical issues.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
• Valid driver’s license.
