    We are looking for a Fleet Trainer / Technician to support our customer in Crane, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as possess the following education and experience:

    Functional Description:

    • Alternate ISEA instructor (Will always travel with a GOV Trainer)
    • Assist in developing, updating, and reviewing training documents.
    • Backup for scheduling and coordinating training.
    • Backup for meetings.
    • Assist with reviewing and providing updates for Technical Manual.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Seven (7) years of related professional experience performing duties described in the functional description.
    • Experience as a military instructor.
    • Curriculum development experience.
    • Hands on technical experience.
    • Willing to travel.
    • Good communications skills.
    • Enough technical background to learn and teach the system.

    Preferred Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical Field.

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
