Job description

The crew lead (CL) is responsible for all work and wash activities assigned to their daily route. The CL will engage in all washing activities as well as cleaning trucks such as delivery, garbage, tanker, and tractor trailer trucks. The CL will work as a mobile washer traveling to various locations in a specialized vehicle that carries power washing equipment and cleaning detergents. A portion of time will be spent driving from site to site getting in and out of a vehicle (THIS IS NOT A TRUCK DRIVING POSITION). The CL will have specific start times for routes however, end times are not provided. The shift ends when all wash activities have been completed. The CL will be assigned days off, but schedule workdays are subject to change at a moment’s notice. Time off is rarely available on weekends and is limited normally to two consecutive weekdays. CL must have the ability to self-manage within the workday accomplishing many tasks and goals assigned for each route. CL must be reachable by phone on all scheduled workdays.

o PRE AND POST TRIP INSPECTION OF FLEET CLEAN VEHICLE

§ Pre and Post trip inspection of vehicle is mandatory.

§ All washing equipment and supplies are part of this inspection.

o ENSURING THAT ALL SCHEULED WORK FOR THE DAILY RUN IS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER

§ A run sheet with the scheduled customers to service will be provided at the beginning of each shift. If an account has time specifications noted, it is the CL’s responsibility to ensure that they will arrive on time and prepared to provide quality service.

§ Should any complications arise during the run, the CL is to contact the FOS and or OM immediately to discuss an action plan for resolution.

o PROVIDING QUALITY SERVICE TO EACH CUSTOMER AND ENSURING THAT THE COMPLETE FLEET IS WASHED

§ All services provided to customers should completely meet the scope of work sold to the customer. If the scope of work for a customer is not provided it is the CL job to obtain this information from the FOS or the OM.

§ If scheduled time of the wash does not meet the customers need, meaning the full fleet is not on site at the scheduled time the CL must inform the FOS or the OM immediately.

Descripción del trabajo El líder de equipo (CL) es responsable de todas las actividades de trabajo y lavado asignadas a su ruta diaria. El CL participará en todas las actividades de lavado, así como en la limpieza de camiones como camiones de reparto, basura, cisternas y tráileres. El CL trabajará como lavador móvil viajando a varios lugares en un vehículo especializado que transporta equipo de lavado a presión y detergentes. Una parte del tiempo se dedicará a conducir de un sitio a otro entrando y saliendo del vehículo (ESTO NO ES UNA POSICIÓN DE CONDUCCIÓN DE CAMIONES). El CL tendrá horas de inicio específicas para las rutas, sin embargo, no se proporcionan horas de finalización. El turno termina cuando se han completado todas las actividades de lavado. Al CL se le asignarán días libres, pero los días de trabajo programados están sujetos a cambios en cualquier momento. El tiempo libre raramente está disponible los fines de semana y normalmente se limita a dos días consecutivos entre semana. El CL debe tener la capacidad de autogestionarse durante la jornada laboral para cumplir con las múltiples tareas y objetivos asignados para cada ruta. La inspección previa y posterior al viaje del vehículo es obligatoria.

Todo el equipo de lavado y suministros forman parte de esta inspección.

ASEGURAR QUE TODO EL TRABAJO PROGRAMADO PARA LA JORNADA SE COMPLETE A TIEMPO

Al inicio de cada turno se proporcionará una hoja de ruta con los clientes programados para el servicio. Si una cuenta tiene especificaciones de tiempo, es responsabilidad del CL asegurarse de llegar a tiempo y estar preparado para brindar un servicio de calidad.

Si surge alguna complicación durante la ruta, el CL debe contactar al FOS u OM inmediatamente para discutir un plan de acción para resolver el problema.

PROPORCIONAR UN SERVICIO DE CALIDAD A CADA CLIENTE Y ASEGURARSE DE QUE SE LAVE TODA LA FLOTA

Todos los servicios proporcionados a los clientes deben cumplir completamente con el alcance del trabajo vendido al cliente. Si no se proporciona el alcance del trabajo para un cliente, es trabajo del CL obtener esta información del FOS o el OM.

Si el tiempo programado para el lavado no cumple con las necesidades del cliente, lo que significa que la flota completa no está en el sitio a la hora programada, el CL debe informar al FOS o al OM de inmediato.
