    We are seeking a motivated Fleet and Facilities Technician to join our team. The perfect candidate must have a strong teamwork and organizational skills and a self motivated spirit. Technical skills involve a good sense of mechanics, equipment and light handy work. This position will assist the Team by facilitating repairs and maintenance of the fleet, moving equipment to job-sites and taking great care of the facilities. Supporting Warehouse staff will also be important. Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency to drive daily results, create a vision, set goals and work with the team to exude accountability.     Job Summary: To perform all duties necessary surrounding the fleet of vehicles, main facilities and ensuring the delivery of equipment to job-sites. This position will also support warehouse duties and be an important go-to for daily items that arise. Ensures the safe and efficient operation of the fleet through preventative maintenance and repairs. Clear and concise communications with management, staff and outside vendors.

    Pay: Salary Top Pay for Top Talent Compensation will depend on experience and will increase with skills and continued education along with taking on more of the management duties.

    General Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, occasional nights and weekends

    Required Qualifications:

    Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

    Potential CDL required

    High school diploma or its equivalent

    HVAC and/or Plumbing industry knowledge is preferred

    Computer skills with Microsoft Office including Excel

    Experience creating Inventory Systems

    Ability to multi-task

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Advanced customer service skills

    Ability to set and manage timeline goals

    Strong problem solving skills

    Energetic personality

    Professional communication skills

    Ability to load and move equipment
