You'll be our on-call wonder, swooping in to provide top-notch clinical services across skilled nursing, assisted living, and all shifts. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to coordinate care and services based on resident needs and individual preferences. Armed with your education-based expertise, you'll champion a holistic and person-centered model of care that'll make residents feel like VIPs!

As a Flex Team rockstar, you'll be expected to save the day at least twice a month, typically in 12-hour power shifts. This PRN position lets you be the master of your schedule, with the freedom to sign up for multiple locations, dates, and shifts. Our Community Staffing Team will be your trusty sidekick, working closely with you to match your preferences with CLC's needs. It's like solving a puzzle, but way more fun!

Your Exciting Mission (should you choose to accept it):

    • Channel your inner detective to uncover residents' preferences and personalize their care experience.
    • Transform into a social butterfly, personal assistant, and health care hero all rolled into one!
    • Become the guardian of safety, wielding infection control and risk management procedures like a shield.
    • Step up as the decision-making dynamo in emergencies, alerting the right people faster than a speeding bullet.
    • Play the role of ace communicator, keeping nursing supervisors in the loop about resident status and condition.
