    The Director of Human Resources will play a pivotal role in safeguarding and enriching the company culture. This position will oversee all HR functions, including staff hiring and interviewing, pay administration, benefits, leave management, and the enforcement of company policies and practices. Responsibilities: • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, focusing on current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. • Provides support and guidance to management and staff on complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues; may handle tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations. • Manages the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required for openings. • Oversees the Employee Engagement Survey, administration, and corrective action plans. • Develops career development plans for each department and supports department managers in executing these plans. • Establishes and tracks annual 360 review process goals, incorporating feedback at all levels. • Conducts comprehensive content review and updates of the employee handbook. • Manages the company’s benefits plans, including identification, negotiation, planning, measurement, and tracking. • Trains staff and ensures adherence to critical HR SOPs. • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to attract and retain top talent. • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives to provide internal development opportunities for employees and management. • Supports department managers during employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to ensure compliance. • Keeps abreast of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Qualifications: Required Skills/Abilities: • In-depth knowledge of employment law and regulations specifically in UT, ID, CO, and AZ. • Experience leading the HR function over multiple sites in different states. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. • A minimum of ten years of human resource management experience preferred. • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired. Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 annually
