Key Responsibilities
Client Service:
Greet clients and pets by name, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage appointments, handle inquiries, and process payments using our practice management software.
Maintain and update patient records, manage communication, and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts.
Clinical Support:
Assist with medical records, therapy sessions, and patient assessments.
Perform tasks like scribing for veterinarians, drawing blood, administering medications, and handling patient intake.
Support various rehabilitation modalities, including laser therapy, ultrasound, and treadmill sessions.
Operations and Facility Support:
Maintain the cleanliness of the facility, sterilize equipment, and assist with inventory management.
Report equipment issues and assist with repairs and IT needs.
Participate in team meetings and promote a cooperative working environment.
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills:
At least two years of veterinary experience, including patient care and client communication.
Strong computer and organizational skills; familiarity with practice management software is a plus.
Comfort working with animals of varying sizes and temperaments.
Ability to manage tasks independently while supporting the team as needed.
Preferred Soft Skills:
