As a Floating Teacher, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work with multiple age groups, from infants to preschoolers, providing support where it’s needed most. Whether you’re singing songs with our littlest learners, engaging in hands-on activities with curious toddlers, or leading fun and interactive lessons with preschoolers, your flexibility and enthusiasm will make a lasting impact on our students.

What You’ll Do:

Step into different classrooms and provide support as needed

Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers

Keep the learning environment fun, safe, and engaging

Assist with lesson implementation, playtime, and daily routines

Be a team player and bring a positive, can-do attitude every day!

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in early childhood education preferred

CDA, working towards a CDA or degree in a related field a plus (but not required)

A flexible, adaptable, and energetic personality

A passion for working with young children and helping them learn and grow
