Must have previous experience working in a preschool setting a minimum of 1-3 years in order to apply Part Time Floater hours are 11-3 PM or 11:30-3:30 Monday-Friday

-Manage a classroom at state level ratio when lead teacher is out to lunch -Float between different age groups/classrooms and assist in lunch routines

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom during naptime

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with preschool age children
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with young children
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Familiarity with state licensing regulations for preschools
