About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Floater and Breaker at Primrose School of Arrowhead in Peoria, AZ. This position offers the opportunity to work in a nurturing and supportive environment while contributing to the growth and development of young children.

Responsibilities:

Assist with classroom activities and transitions as needed

Provide coverage during teacher breaks and planning periods

Support the implementation of the school's curriculum

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children

Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and children

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for early childhood education and development
