We cater to an array of corporate and leisure clients that consists of the airport, private, corporate, vacation, wedding, concerts/tours, and global travel.
Dispatcher Responsibilities
Manage GPS and dispatch chauffeurs for timely service
Track incoming flights and update/manage arrival times
Provide great customer service to clients
Forecast possible timeline challenges and reschedule chauffeurs, make adjustments as needed
Answer calls from chauffeurs, vendors, affiliates
Google maps - route trips and assist chauffeurs around traffic challenges
Oversee chauffeur routes and arrival times to ensure prompt service
Book new and existing client reservations
Provide excellent customer service via customer focus phone skills
Be able to think critically in a fast paced environment
Qualifications
Must have previous customer service/office experience
Strong communication skills
Desire to provide excellent customer service to clients and our chauffeurs
Multi-tasking skills
Detail Oriented
Understand global time zones and be able to effectively understand and use military time
Must be a self motivator and truly understand the "team" mentality
Critical thinking skills / be able to "think on your feet"
Work experience - At least 3 years experience in an office environment and/or the similar experience, customer service experience
1 year dispatch experience or equivalent skills preferred
Reliable transportation
Must pass background check
What we are looking for..
We are looking for someone that is a self starter, someone who is detailed orientation and appreciates timeliness. This position requires someone who is reliable, knows how to work within a high functioning team environment and can deliver great customer service as well.
Compensation Starting at $17/hour
Schedule: Floating Shift with 28-32 hours per week. Mixture of day and night shift will be required and weekends. Sample schedule: Saturdays 7-3 pm, Sundays 11 am-11pm or 1 pm - 11 pm, Mondays 3-11 pm Additional hours may be added through out the week based on need. First 30 days: Training hours: Monday - Friday, 10 - 4 pm your first week and 9-6 pm for the remainder of training.
Applicants must be able to be flexible, yet reliable.
*This role is not a good fit for someone who already has a full time job and is looking to add a secondary employment.
