Field Service Engineer – Medical Laboratory Equipment

Full-time | Travel Required
Salary: $65K–$80K base + bonuses and OT ($5K–$15K+ annually)

Join a leading manufacturer of medical lab analyzers as a Field Service Engineer, where you'll service advanced instruments in clinical laboratories—including hematology, chemistry, coagulation, and automated robotic lab systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on medical lab analyzers

• Provide basic on-site user training and customer support

• Manage inventory of tools and spare parts

• Maintain strong customer relationships and support collaboration with Field Support teams

Qualifications:

• AAS Degree or certificate in Electronics or a related technical field

• Minimum 3 years of field service experience

• Strong background in electro-mechanical and electronic troubleshooting

• Prior experience with medical lab analyzers or medical devices (preferred)

• Willingness to travel extensively overnight

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
