PARC Auto dba Meineke Car Care is searching for a high-energy, results-oriented leader to join our winning team as a Floating Store Manager. In this exciting role, you'll spend two days at your home store, leading your team to success, and three days boosting sales at other top-performing Meineke locations across Oregon and Washington. This is an incredible opportunity to showcase your leadership and sales acumen while developing valuable skills for future advancement within our growing company.

As a Floating Store Manager, you'll:

Own the Sales Floor: Develop and execute winning sales strategies to consistently exceed revenue goals.

Lead with Impact: Hire, train, and motivate high-performing teams to provide exceptional customer service.

Master Operations: Manage all aspects of store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and budgeting, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Elevate Customer Experience: Build strong customer relationships, provide information on vehicle repairs, and exceed customer expectations at every interaction.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Proven Sales Leadership: A track record of success in automotive service or retail management, with a strong emphasis on sales achievement.

Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport with customers and effectively communicate with your team.

A Passion for Excellence: A drive to exceed goals, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and a love for the automotive industry.

Additional needs: Valid driver's license, Proficient in computer software and applications.
