Floor Coverings International Intown Atlanta strives to provide the BEST in-home flooring experience in North America. We are looking for a Designer/ Sales Representative to work with clients in their homes or businesses and provide them with our services and flooring products.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, work independently, communicate well, and be highly organized and enjoy working in a team atmosphere. Experience in the flooring industry is a plus but not required. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS (Essential Functions) Sales

Act as the single point of contact to the client through the entire turn-key process (initial consultation through installation)

Work with clients in their homes – providing samples and pricing on the spot

Follow our Sales System using our devices and software (provided)

Work with Office Manager/Project Manager to ensure all needs for the job are communicated properly and ordered correctly

Communicate with customer during entire process to ensure the job is correctly installed

Conduct final walk thru at completion to ensure customer satisfaction, pick up final payment, take reference pictures, and ask for referrals

Obtain online reviews and manage customer service expectations to the highest level

Engage in on-going training/educational requirements

Company Vehicle (van) and all samples provided

Technology needs provided (tablet, laptop, Disto, etc.)

Pay Structure

This is a commissioned sales position. Potential earnings are $60,000 for the average sales rep and above average reps earn $100,000 plus

There is a minimum draw provided while in training and this will be determined based upon experience and potential in the position

Vehicle (and gas), Samples, Logo Apparel, Technology provided by company

TRAINING AND ONGOING EDUCATION

Provided and you will need to be proactive related to product knowledge

6-week training process – includes Product Knowledge, Installation Techniques and Sales process

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum lifting requirements of 25 pounds to carry sample kits into client’s homes/businesses

Frequent client and interoffice personnel interaction; heavily dependent on excellent customer interaction
