    Job Description:

    As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our high-end dining establishment within the club. You will ensure that our guests receive outstanding service, the highest quality of food and beverage, and a seamless experience from start to finish. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the sophisticated environment that our patrons expect while driving the performance and growth of the restaurant.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and elegant service.
    • Manage, train, and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff.
    • Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
    • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and any service issues promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer loyalty.
    • Collaborate with the culinary team to design seasonal menus and special promotions.
    • Manage inventory, order supplies, and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
    • Schedule staff, manage labor costs, and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
    • Monitor and maintain the club's ambiance, including music, lighting, and decor, to create a luxurious atmosphere.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a high-end or luxury dining environment.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including fine dining standards.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
    • Familiarity with financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
    • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
