    We are looking for a person who:

    Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a hard work ethic

    Enjoys being on your feet and moving around

    Is reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented

    Has great communication skills

    Should be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations.

    Has at least 1-3 years experience as a floor technician.

    Qualifications:

    Must have at least 1-3 years of floor cleaning experience.

    Must be able to perform specialized equipment and stripping chemicals to clean, repair, and refinish floors.

    Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds

    Must provide own reliable transportation

    Must be able to pass a background check

    Due to clients being Federally Funded, applicants MUST pass a Physical, Drug Screening, and a Breath Alcohol Test

    Must have a current VALID Driver's License (for driving company vehicles).

    Must speak and read English
