Our hard-working team is looking to add an outgoing and proactive Flooring Estimator who thrives at providing exceptional customer service to our customers. • We are interested in hiring a Junior Flooring Estimator who might require more training if the core skills are present and there is desire to learn and succeed.

We are looking for an Estimator, located near Laurel, MD who is able to commute to DC and surrounding MD suburbs.

Qualifications:

3 years of flooring sales experience is necessary

Able to work independently and manage your own schedule

Excellent organizational skills and follow-through with clients

Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently

Knowledge of Google Suite and ability to use mobile technology

Ability to accommodate evening and weekend appointments, if necessary

Clean background check

Clean driving record

Ability to pass a drug screening

Responsibilities:

Visit new leads and make introductions while working with contractors

Measure and price projects

Make selections with customers and work within contractor budgets

Create accurate quotes and submit to home office for ordering

Meet installers on-site to start projects and ensure the success of the project

Manage repairs and warranty issues

Follow up on A/R on your accounts
