Flora Couture is a highly reputable, family-owned and operated, luxury events floral decorator and widely known retail supplier in the floral landscape, located in Las Vegas. We are a dynamic team made up of hardworking, passionate individuals and we are looking for another member who can help us successfully manage our growing number of luxury clientele in the events space, as a Floral Wedding Event Sales Manager.

Floral Wedding Event Sales Manager is to ensure the smooth flow of any events which may range from creating the sale tactics and contracts to coordinating with suppliers and the internal team, as well as prospecting new clients and negotiating with them, managing all pertinent contracts, billings, and revenue documentations.

Specific duties and responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Main point of contact for social and/or large corporate events
• Negotiate contracts with clients
• Spearhead kick-off calls with prospecting and new clients
• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
• Determine sales goals for the year/quarter
• Develop promotions or specialty packages to entice new customers
• Report and work closely with the Managing Director for all client needs
• Oversee event execution onsite

Requirements and Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 – 5 years of event planning experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 – 5 years of sales experience preferred
• Organizational and communication skills
• Proven project management skills
• Keen understanding of Style Trends
• Proven record of managing client expectations and event outcomes

Compensation:

• $35,000-$40,000 base rate plus possible commission based on experience
