Serving staff are the second impression made on guests. Servers are the face of the restaurant and are responsible for our guests experiences to ensure they are tuned into loyal fans.
Duties include:
Open to close and close to open.
Exceptional menu knowledge to concisely answer question on all aspects of the different menu categories.
Correctly entering guests orders into the POS System, double checking order before sent to the kitchen or bar.
Ability to guide guest through the menu and suggest appropriate upgrades to their meal.
Work as a team with other employees front and back, everyone’s job is everyone’s job.
Throughout duration of guests dining experience, servers are to clear tables according to course. Everything they need and nothing that they don’t.
Anticipate guests needs.
Run correct food and drinks to the table on the ticket.
Communicate with management if guest has questions, concerns, or complaints.
Verify guests are the legal drinking age, according to state guidelines.
Perform other maintenance duties/side work management has assigned.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
Must be 18 of age or over
Basic understanding of different types of beer, wine, spirits.
Capacity to give fan winning customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
Good verbal communication skills
A smile loudly positive attitude.
Ability to work standing for a significant amount of time
An eye for details.
Excellent organization and problem solving skills.
