Job Description

We are a high volume first party insurance litigation firm representing homeowners and service providers. We are looking for an experienced insurance attorney who will represent clients in bringing disputes to resolution. This position may require traveling to attend and conduct trials.

We represent clients all throughout the state of Florida and Louisiana. This position will be exclusively representing homeowners in Louisiana.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent clients in property insurance disputes
• Advise clients
• Negotiate settlements
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediation and trial
• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions and responses
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least three years of experience in insurance law
• Must have a license to practice law in the State of Louisiana

COMPENSATION WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND WILL COMPRISED OF A BASE SALARY, MEDICAL INSURANCE AND BONUSES BASED ON SETTLEMENTS AND TRIAL WINS.

We are now expanding out to other states including Louisiana, Texas and Colorado. We exclusively represent homeowners and business owners in property insurance claims and aim to provide top notch litigation services to our clients.
