Are you looking for a position where you can utilize your customer service skills while working in the fast past field of Veterinary Medicine? FVRC is an emergency and referral hospital in Estero Florida.

Although our hospital is open 24 hours our CSR's are scheduled between 9 am and 10 pm. We work with our CSR's provide them with a schedule that meets their needs.

In this role you will:

• Work closely with the medical staff facilitating exceptional communication.

• Be the first point of contact for our clients establishing the excellent client care that is present throughout the hospital

•. Working individually and as a team; have a great work ethic

• Excel at communication skills

• Have a commitment to continuing to advance your client service skills

• Possess strong organizational skills with near impeccable attention to detail

•Have a strong desire to gain a working knowledge of the workings of the emergency and specialty services

Qualifications:

• Preferred: 1 years’ experience working in an emergency veterinary practice and/or a large high-volume day practice

• Working some holidays

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
