Monitors inventory and order supplies.
Trains and assigns duties
Supervises food service workers and assures protocols are being following.
Assist with all special functions and work orders.
Monitors proper temperature control for all areas.
Ability to function and lead in all areas of kitchen and food services.
Assists with disciplinary actions.
Required Skills
MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: Supervisory skills preferred medical environment.
