    Focal Point Medical Staffing is currently recruiting Passionate and Committed LPNs/RNs for a local contract opportunity with our Skilled Nursing Facility Partners in Hendersonville, NC. See below for full details and benefits.

    ** 8 WEEK LOCAL CONTRACT**

    Schedule/ Shifts: 6:45 pm -7:15 am | 36 Hours guaranteed (3 Days a week) **
    **

    Contract Pay Rate:

    • LPN - $35/hr
    • RN - $45/hr

    *Same day pay options available with access to up to 50% of your earnings, right after your shift , before payday! *

    Position Requirements: **
    **

    • Current LPN license in the state where employed.
    • Two forms of identification (Driver's License and Social Security card)
    • Full COVID Vaccination
    • Most recent Negative PPD or TB Blood Test (within last 12 months) OR Chest X-ray (within last 5 years)
    • BLS/CPR Certification
    • 1+ years of LPN experience
    • At least 6+ months of previous experience in a Long-Term Care and/or Assisted Living setting
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
    • Reliable transportation
    • Clean Criminal Background
    • Must be able to pass Drug Screening

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Administer medication and treatments as instructed by a physician or RN
    • Monitor patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate
    • Assist with medical procedures
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as social workers and physical therapists, to develop and implement patient care plans
    • Educate patients and their families about their medications, treatments, and healthcare needs
    • Perform basic nursing tasks, such as wound care, catheterization, and IV administration
    • Document patient medical histories, symptoms, and treatments in electronic medical records

    Working Conditions:

    The LPN will be required to work in a healthcare facility, including hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. The job may require the LPN to lift and move patients or heavy equipment. Evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required.
