For more than 25 years Focus on Souvenirs has been a leader in the souvenir industry, designing and importing souvenirs for tourist attractions, national parks, amusement parks, resorts and museums across the country.

We are looking for a Production and Sales Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities/needs include but are not limited to:

*Production Support---purchasing, factory communications, provide daily & weekly updates, reconciliation of purchase orders, filing, supply ordering

*Logistics Liaison---shipment receiving logs and pulling of corresponding customer orders, work with warehouse and shipping broker to ensure timely shipments to customers, work with sales and accounting teams and provide trafficking updates

*Data Entry---sales orders, purchase orders, Excel tracking lists, Sage MAS experience a plus

*Microsoft---must be proficient in MS Office applications

Must have impeccable attention to detail, be a TEAM player, have the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and be able to juggle many plates and wear many hats at once! Must have great communication and problem-solving skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn is more important than experience.
