Job Description
We are looking for a Traveling HR Recruiter to join our HR team and manage the first stage of the recruiting process. Your responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media and enjoy learning about different roles, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
• You bring a deep dedication to building an inclusive workforce, person by person and team by team • Fully understand the needs of your respective hiring managers’ and collaborate with them to lead the full lifecycle recruitment process. • 1+ years of recruiting experience • Proven track record of recruiting HR talent, particularly recruiters • The ability to execute on assignments and the skills to make decisions independently with limited information • Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills, a consultative approach and the ability to influence multiple constituents without direct authority and effectively network within a heavily-matrixed organization • Proven behavioral interviewing skills and candidate assessment techniques • Experience using applicant tracking systems, human resources information systems, and other recruiting-related applications • Demonstrated passion, compassion, and the ability to lead by example • Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States and will not require visa sponsorship now or in the future • Not only do you know your way around state-of-the art recruiting methods and sourcing strategies, you have a couple of innovative tricks up your sleeve • A network of HR professionals you can tap into on day one
RESPONSIBILITIES
• You will manage full life-cycle recruitment for open roles across Focus • You'll be responsible for finding the best talent for roles • Source candidates directly through both internal and external industry networking events and various online recruiting tools • Lead all aspects of the hiring process; not limited to reviewing resumes, phone interviewing, handling feedback, offer negotiations/close, and on-boarding • Provide continuous feedback to candidates, hiring managers and other partners • Team up with HR business partners, immigration, relocation, and other folks to quickly get the best candidates in and productive • Represent the Focus brand in every interaction • You'll coordinate and present to partners and execs with ease
