Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs • Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development • Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff • Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures • Write and implement departmental operation schedules Qualifications: • Strong insight into the latest culinary industry trends and can demonstrate sufficient knowledge of portion and plating standards • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus • Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills • Over 3 years in food and beverage management • Must have a food handling license Compensation: 60,000
