Responsibilities: • Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development • Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members • Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement • Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs • Create and maintain staff operation schedules Qualifications: • Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations • At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department • Strong insight into the latest culinary industry trends and can demonstrate sufficient knowledge of portion and plating standards • High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred • Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus
