Responsibilities: • Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff • Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel’s food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule • Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs • Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff Qualifications: • Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred • Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction • High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred • Strong insight into the latest culinary industry trends and can demonstrate sufficient knowledge of portion and plating standards • Food handling license
