Prestonwood Country Club is a premier private club known for its exceptional dining, banquet, and hospitality services. We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead and elevate our Restaurant, Banquet, Snack Bar, Culinary, and Catering Sales operations.

Position Overview:

The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of dining, culinary, catering, and event operations, ensuring top-tier service, financial success, and staff development. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a passion for creating outstanding member and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing F&B and Culinary team.

Oversee daily operations of the Restaurant, Banquet, Snack Bar, Culinary, and Catering Sales departments.

Work closely with the Executive Chef and Catering Sales team to ensure seamless food and event service.

Maintain and enhance service standards, member satisfaction, and overall dining experience.

Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial performance for all F&B and Catering operations.

Oversee the execution of banquets, private events, and club-hosted functions.

Implement and refine policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.

Recruit, train, and retain top F&B and Culinary talent.

Qualifications:

5+ years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage and Culinary management, preferably in a private club, hotel, or fine dining setting.

Strong knowledge of restaurant, banquet, catering, and culinary operations.

Proven track record of staff leadership, financial management, and operational excellence.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
